How do we relate with these varying forms of Water? How do we relate with these forms of Water within our body? We will explore these questions to deepen sincere, direct connection with Her Waters.
-
Internal practices include embodying the qualities of Her Waters with guided journeys of the pathways and movement patterns within our bodies, hydration practices, and placing loving awareness into our Waters within. External practices include awareness and appreciation of varying forms of Water, awareness and appreciation for Water in daily life, how to collect and restructure Water, and integrating how we relate with Water in all ways.

Sacred activism is a personal walk that will align with the integrity and sincerity of each person. It may look like bringing prayers to the river, or silently blessing over the Waters everywhere you walk. Sacred activism may look like becoming aware and involved with local indigenous-led movements to protect or clean Water. It may look like learning the indigenous names of Water and breathing life into those names by choosing to speak them. Sacred activism may look like teaching your child how to honor Water by singing to Her and asking permission before plunging in. We will explore the many ways we can bring our walk- and talk- of honoring Water within and without into our lives.
Undam all bodies of Water
Her Waters is created to honor and center the needs of life givers to freely embody their feminine wisdom and power. Feminine nature, by nature, is inclusive. By focusing this container on those who have a female body and identify as woman, our work and play here inherently benefits all life. By creating space to undam, reclaim, remember and celebrate our womanhood, we walk these prayers forward into our families, our communities, our future generations and all bodies of water that connect us.
My prayer is we remember and honor the water within all life givers as sacred, and all life givers remember they are walking ceremonies and how to be responsible with this power for the benefit of all life. May our songs, laughter, tears, howls and moans crack the dams that block our nature and wake us up to remember we are all related.
